You absolutely could not correct a password issue, I finally told you, if I order in the future, it will have to be a guest. Even then, you had to clear an issue to make that possible. (We will see.) Furthermore, you sent me this review request in the name of a friend that I sent a food gift to, not myself, even though we discussed this, and you assured me her info was deleted from my account. PetFlow has some profound problems with ordering, and it would be advisable to have a complete review of the process. It can't be just my experience. CH

Good choices, easy ordering and quick receipt.

First shipment they forgot to put the antlers in. Fine. They resent but when it came the jumbo which I paid a bit more for was smaller and lighter than the xl size which was considerably cheaper. So the sizing meant nothing. And both were so small that they are definitely hazards to my large dogs. $10 credit towards next time to fix it isn’t really a fix but whatever. Idk seemed messy and like they don’t back their product. They backed the dog food that my dog wouldn’t touch but told me they’d never do that again. I’d suggest offering pick up service for returns.
