Service is great and if i call in for help they are very responsive. The website is sometimes difficult to navigate- example- deleting one credit card and adding another when you have automatic shipments scheduled. The system won’t do it. But calling in was successful. Also if an automatic shipment is scheduled for early in a month the system will change the shipment date and move it up and send it at the end of the preceding month. That’s a problem if using a debit card and a big shipment can create an overdraft on bank accounts that only get deposits on the first of each month. They get low by the end of the month- thus the possibility of overdraft for an unexpected shipment.

PetFlow seems to have the best prices on Fromm dog food and the website is easy to use and I appreciate gettting updates, including when it's been delivered. Never a problem here, I like that! Thank you!

For one you had the dog food I was looking for when others were short in supply. We feed our dogs Diamond Naturals With Beef Meal 40lbs. Second the order was shipped promptly and in individual boxes, not one box like another company shipped my order earlier this year which damaged some other items because the box was too heavy. Great first experience, will be ordering again.

I like their service and products but their webpage is not user friendly. I can never manage to change the date or items in my auto-ship orders. Out of frustration I canceled both of my auto-ships.
