This was my 2nd order with PetFlow. No problems at all! The first time it was FedEx that lost one of the boxes. Not PetFlow's fault. Although they sent me the replacement box of litter. Then 2 weeks later FedEx delivered the lost box. Anyways, I'll be ordering from PetFlow from now on. Absolutely the best prices on the litter that my cats use. Thank you.

The very first order I placed went through and I received email saying 2 items that were in stock and I paid for were not available to purchase after it was put in my cart and I checked out.... very disappointing

Oddly you charge my credit card 1 cent more on each order.

I have not been able to find my cat's treats as they have been on backorder for over 6 mo. My cat is on a special urinary diet and these are the only treats he can eat. Not only did PetFlow have them in stock they contacted me when they couldn't reach my vet and kept me updated on my request. PetFlow made it easy for my to snap shot the script and I had the treats the next day. I'm so happy and my cat is even happier. Love this first experience with PetFlow!

Was looking for good, basic bulk parrot mix for five birds. Ordering was easy. Parrot mix arrived promptly and is pretty much what I was looking for. Birds eat it well. Everyone's happy.
