Ordered my food weeks ago still hasn’t arrived this is so upsetting

Had what I was looking for when no one else did! Getting it packed and shipped out took longer than I expected but will order again.

Your people that help me get my order together and out to me. Your people is your company they are there to help and that is what they do. Then followup with e-mails and keep you informed of any problems with you order. Your people are the greatest.

Product was on time and exactly as ordered

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered 2 wet dog food, 1 dry dog food, 1 wet cat food and 1 cat dry food. I get a notification two days later that my 2 wet dog food items are back ordered. I go online to look at my order and turns out they cancelled my dry cat food for no apparent reason with zero communication. The next day they cancelled my wet food with zero communication as well. This made me very mad and so I send them an email to cancel the auto ship as well as the outstanding orders (the two back ordered wet food items). I went and ordered everything from Chewy besides the one dry dog food bag that I did order from pet flow. A day or two later I get a response from them saying they cancelled my auto ship and completely disregarded my comment about the backordered food that I wanted cancelled. I replied again and told them I wanted it cancelled. Next thing I know, they SHIPPED. Now please keep in mind that this food is $62 for 12 cans. So now I was charged $124 after I just spent $124 at chewy because I told pet flow to cancel my order and assumed they would cancel seeing as it was back ordered. I send yet again another email that I shouldn’t have had to do, and told them I do not want the package of wet dog food and want to return it and gave them the story. They reply with they cannot accept my return because the product came from a different facility that doesn’t accept returns. That is NOT my problem. This is MY money we are talking about and I suggest refunding me if you cannot return it because again, that is not my problem. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
