I reached out to customer service to see if a specific toy was available. I was told there were 38 of them and that if I ordered, I would be able to request it. They insured that they put the request in for that bear. I was sent the wrong one. I told them. They sent two replacement bears but they were still not the correct bear. I messaged them a 3rd time, and apparently now you are out of stock of the bear that I needed. I was given a credit. But i wouldve preferred the bear.

Great deals, fast shipping. I am a repeat customer. I also like that they are geared to more sustainable brands. I am now buying pet food from them because they offer 10% off with autoship.

They have a lot of offers and it can get confusing. One offer cancelled out another and I did not get the discount I expected but customer service responded quickly and resolved my issue. The pet food arrived promptly and was at a slightly lower cost than my previous supplier.

Was concerned about my purchase, called customer service and told me not t to worry. My package is coming in and may take 2-3 days after shipment. Week later, I finally received my package. Good thing I went and got some dog food before the package arrived :(

I switched to PetFlow because the other big name pet food supplier went woke. I'm happy to say that pet flow has good prices and ships very very quickly.
