very disappointed in delivery. Litter boxes were crushed and opened. We have ordered from you on several occasions what happened?

The Friskies wet food I ordered was fine. I've ordered the same from different companies. It was not very fast shipping, due to being sent from Las Vegas to northern Michigan. After it was shipped I was told it would be late as the closer warehouse was out of stock. Took about a week to get it. Plus, the packing was insufficient to withstand Fedex handling. The cases were opened in the outer box and cans were bouncing around loose. Needless to say quite a few were badly dented.

Delivery times are very inconsistent

Ordered cat litter as part of auto-ship and the delivery was delayed and re-routed several times. Finally had to go to the grocery store to get what I needed.
