Customer service is exceptional.

I bought this food to try with my pigeons because the mix is a little different than my usual brand. I can't say yet if they like this better or not. Shipping took several days. Not as quick as some well known distributers so plan for that when you purchase. I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't matter. It was easy to order. Whether I order more will depend on the pigeons.

Easy to order products and shipping is quick.

Had problems ordering online because of a technical glitch, but called and my order was placed by customer service. Things would have been much simpler if I could have uploaded the prescription directly to my online order. After a couple of days trying to place the order and finally having it done, I received an email that the order was canceled because of supply issues. Two days later I received a message that my order was indeed being shipped. Miscommunication happened but in the end, I got the order.

The price point is great but the shipping took longer than expected.

This is the 2nd auto-ship order I’ve placed and it’s had nothing but issues. The shipping is never in the timeframe that you set it up so the small discount is not worth having to buy a bag since the order is now delayed by 2-3 weeks. I’ve had great experiences with OnlyNaturalpet.com with their auto ship program
