I ordered dry cat food, and 2 days after ordering, I was alerted that it would have to come from another warehouse, so I had to wait seveal additional days to get the food. I didn't have enough, so I had to buy from Chewy since they deliver in 1-2 days, so I ended up having to spend a lot of money this month on dry cat food. If I would have known how long it would take I would not have ordered from Petflow this month, and waited till the next month and given myself the extra time that might be necessary. I always ordered with Chewy, but I was excited about the cost savings with Petflow. If I would have been notified at the shpping point of the order, I could gave made a different decision.

I received the bag of dog food with no packaging. The bag was crushed and flattened. When did you stop using a shipping box ?

Had the items I was looking for and had purchased from another vendor previously. Saved some $$ on PetFlow which helped my budget and was informed about an item which was not available and my credit was not charged for it.

Credit card kept declining even though the card was fine. Tried 3 different times on the phone and online. Tried with another account my girlfriend set up and the same thing happened. Will just order on Amazon

I waas disappointed that the food i ordered was delivered 1 week late. You did send an email that it would be later than the 2-3 delivery originally promised after i ordered, but an extra 7 days is a bit too long. Thye biggest problem was the condition of the cans delivered. I have a full case of damaged cans, I mean damaged cans: Deep dents, severe crimping, slightly opened. I won't open them for fear of mold or other problems with the food. I would like to know if you will re=imburse me for that food. I will send pictures if you wish. Let me know. Thank you Cathy Coates
