Great price and fast shipping.

I had never heard of Pet Flow until I was looking for a specific food for my foster kittens on a different site & there was a pop-up for Pet Flow. I decided to check them out & they had the food I was looking for on sale, at a significantly lower price. Since kittens eat a lot, I bought quite a few cases of the food & saved quite a bundle. With the money I saved, I was able to buy several small beds that were reasonably priced, too. Shipping was fast & I had my order within a few days. I did contact them with some questions, via chat & a telephone call, and customer service was excellent. I will definitely be using Pet Flow again!

Truly wonderful customer service wether I need to delay an automatic shipment or cancel because my pet died.

Selection is hit and miss. I was able to find products I was looking for that were not on other sites but other items I’ve found everywhere were not here.

I found my preferred dog food at a better price than I'd been paying on another website here on PetFlow. I think this is the first time I've used PetFlow but I'm sure it won't be the last.

I reactivated my subscription and was unsure if all went well.. called customer service and the rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She verified my order, pushed it through, and I soon had the supplies I needed. No hassles.
