Great price, quick ship, nice transaction!

Easy transaction ! Took about a week to get product. Tracking is spot in.

I ordered from PetFlow because the company from which I'd bought dog food discontinued the brand I use. I have a couple of hunting dogs, and choice of high-quality food matters to me (to the dogs, too.) My first bag of kibble arrived broken open in the box. I called customer service. The person I spoke to was helpful and efficient and sent another package to me without charging me for it. That was great. I suggested that the bag be packed more securely in the cardboard box, perhaps using packing paper, which can be recycled. The new package arrived undamaged, good, but loose in the box. I appreciate the company sending a replacement, but I wish the food were packaged more securely. I use auto-ship and expect to continue to patronize PetFlow, but I think more care in packaging would be better and more efficient than having to replace a damaged shipment.

I have a fussy cat that only likes one kind of dry food that's not easy to find. PetFlow has her food when I need it and ships it fast.

Way too many products on back order.

I love buying from PetFlow. I have an auto ship set up for my dog's pill pockets which is great. Great prices and super fast shipping.

When PetFlow didn’t have the product I wanted in stock, they emailed me immediately. I had to cancel my order because I needed it by a certain date. They confirmed my cancellation immediately. I really appreciated not having to follow up. I will definitely order from them in the future.

The product was just what I wanted and not near so expensive as other sellers. However, the shipping was extremely slow.
