The bully sticks were an amazing price and I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't just tiny sticks. There were a variety of sizes which suits my needs as I have 6 dogs. They did smell strong, however, but I keep them in the garage freezer and that helps. The dogs love them frozen.

Associate was very cordial and helpful to this grumpy old man.

The only negative was the appearance that auto shipping was turned on but I chatted with a rep and was told that I could delete at checkout. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I was able to easily search for low calorie food for my dog. Shipping was super fast. I like what Petflow gives back to the rescue community.
