It's not easy finding a local place that sells wholesome dog food. I am grateful for PetFlow they have what I want for my dog and delivery is fast.

ordered two cases of canned dog food, order arrived with multiple cans damaged, product was not properly packed for shipping - it is a big deal to properly pack canned goods for shipment and must be done correctly if one is in the online / shipping business. My future business will be with a local retailer where I can carry the product home myself.

Good selection and prices. Hoping more freeze dried raw flavors (like Stella and Chewy's Venison) are added in future. Pet Flow has reliably shipped items when I had experienced inventory issues elsewhere and will be adding more items to my auto ship order as a result.

It took too long for my order to get shipped and in the end it was shipped to the wrong shipping address. The package had been sent to my billing address in New York which is different from my shipping address in Vermont. This is not the first time I buy dog food from PetFlow but the first time the company did it all so wrong. Now my dog has no food I needed and expected to come in time I needed.

I have not found our type of dog food on an auto ship site yet, so that made me very happy. It came within a reasonable time and was exactly what I ordered at a great price.

Great service, except for the delivery of the wet dog food in the cans not all of them, but quite a few are crushed
