Items have gotten very expensive. Auto-ship is impossible to cancel online. I called to cancel auto-ship and was required to explain why I was canceling which didn’t bother me as much as the warning of “if you cancel now you won’t get the discount again” Are you kidding me? I used the auto-ship for the convenience more than for the discount which is not really that much!

Petflow has been a great source for dog and cat food for me. They typically have good sales and their coupon codes work on just about everything - which I love!

I recently experienced a family loss and not on top of my game. I missed updating my order before it shipped. I e-mailed Petflow and got a return message the next morning. She arranged for the big bag of food to be picked up the same day and replaced with the product i actually needed immediately. Very Impressed!
