Advertised for a prescription dog food that they do not have in stock. No one knows how to contact the warehouse to see if it’s actually in stock. Been getting the run around for 2 weeks now. Very frustrating.

Do not shop with this company! Please do not support such awful customer service after then mess up over and over again. They have gotten my orders wrong, they constantly are out of stock of things but you won’t find out till after you place the order, they also will just somehow not give you the $10 when you refer people to use you link to use $10, until you fight for it and prove and show their order and conversations etc maybe you’ll get the $10, but that will become too much for them, so instead they will send you an email, telling you they will disable your account and will not refund you, for anything, fix any already placed orders, and any credit you have gotten is not void, and you are blocked and the reason states, because they cannot get orders right and on time and because they cannot satisfy the customer with all their issues. Had my jaw on the ground and I did post the screenshot of email on twitter, cause you wouldn’t believe it till you see it
