I ordered a prescription dog food. All the local stores were out of that dog food. The dog food was Royal Canin so I called their office. They had a list of customers that were clinics that they thought could have the dog food Hepatic. So I found one close by. This was 2-3 days from when I requested this food from Petflow. When I called they said I could not cancel a prescription dog food. Yet I was receiving emails that they had not received the approval from the vet. The next day they finally received the approval and when I called they said it was policy you could not cancel a prescription dog food. After calling 3 times I asked to talk to the supervisor but she was sick & did not know when she would return. I felt I should not of been hasseled when I cancelled within a short time from my request. It took 2 weeks before I received an email stating my prescription was cancelled. I am a new customer and hesitate to order again.
