I’ve placed an order and unfortunately they canceled my order and they told me that they were out of stock for the items I ordered. But the website showed them in stock . Very disappointed

I ordered Purina pro plan food on 1/13 it has said preparing to ship for 10 days now. I needed the prescription diet sooner and am not convinced this will ever progress past preparing to ship. I called to ask for a refund and was told no because it was in process. Called back and was told a supervisor would follow up. Have heard from no one.

First time ordering from Petflow. I spent time shopping and ordering. After placing my order, I received an email that Petflow was out of the product and would ship it when it came in. This was an Rx, and I had no idea when it would come in, so I had to call and cancel my order and shop for and purchase the product from another vendor site. Petflow was a waste of my time.

I placed my order 12 days ago and i have not received it and i have not received a notification that it was shipped

I had been ordering specialty prescription dog food from another pet supply store, but they seemed to be always out when I needed. I started looking for another supplier and happened to come across PetFlow, so I placed an order with them and they have provided great customer service. I’m a happy customer.

Their prices are spot on.

Placed an order January 12th. It is now the 24th and still haven’t received my order. I am not getting much in the way of updates and I had to go buy puppy food at the store (not the brand I would like to feed my dog). Will just go back to ordering on Amazon and getting my order in 2 days
