Had the food I needed for my special needs dog available and received it quickly. I’ll definitely use them again.

I placed an order at PetFlow.com on Tuesday. I got an email on Wednesday explaining they were out of stock on the product they sold me. I promptly called to cancel the order. The representative on the phone explained they have half of what I ordered. I replied that I don't want half of what I ordered, so please cancel my order. This where the apologies and excuses began. I thanked the representative and ended the call. I went to PetFlow.com and attempted to use their Live Chat feature to cancel my order. More apologies and excuses. So now I am getting half of what I ordered, there's nothing I can do about it, and I can't wait to find out that their billing is as bad as... everything else. DO NOT BUY FROM PETFLOW.COM! THEY TAKE PAYMENT AND PRODUCE EXCUSES! IT'S A RIP-OFF SITE!

I could not find the dog food that I prefer in my area and this Company ships to my door by Ups. Nice deal!

Second time items were packed in box that is too small, arrives with smashed items and broken boxes.

PetFlow has my items in stock when hardly anywhere else does, has good prices and ships fast!
