Customer service worked with me to set up my Fromm dog food to be delivered on a 3 month schedule.

So, this was my first experience ordering through PetFlow and I was hoping for a good experience as my dog needed to transition to this new food after being on chicken and rice after fasting due to a bad experience with another food. PetFlow's shipping was quick and communication along the way was reassuring. Happy to have found a nice supplier!

We are new to Fromm dog food which was recommended by our Puppies Breeder. They also suggested PetFlow. These are people who have been breeding Poodles for many years. I was confused about what kind as I am transitioning from puppy to adult food. Your representative was extremely helpful about what we had ordered and what to order. Your service is excellent and prices fair.

Order sat in warehouse for a few days before shipping and then shipping took a week. Too long to save $1.00 each. I understand you are a small business but why the 3 days in warehouse.

Regarding my first order with your business: I ordered three cases of wet cat food, and received them within a few days with only one damaged can.

You are always dependable for getting the doggies' food shipped on time.

Abysmal customer service, high prices, they are ALWAYS out of something, and my autoship had an ontime delivery average of MAYBE 20%. I got 4x the amount of email saying my order was delayed than those confirming shipment. THEY MAKE YOU CALL THEM TO CANCEL AUTOSHIP. You read that right, the thing that SiriusXM was sued for, they still pull. YOU CANNOT CANCEL ONLINE even though you can sign up..... feels like Time Warner Cable all over again, oh, but wait, they changed their name because of the constant bad press and said shady practice.... There is nothing they offer that you can't get from Chewy, faster andvfor less money, plus Chewy LET'S YOU CANCEL without having to run a highly questionable retention gauntlet. Think I'm alone? Check reddit, even though there all these super legit reviews here....

There is a good selection at competitive prices. Shipments go out right away and deliver quickly. The food that we use is always in stock to ship. Would like to see cans protected a bit more to prevent denting/damage, my only complaint.
