The staff at Pet Flow are wonderful. When I need a question answered I always Text and they get back to me right away. My biggest problem is that they use Fed Ex for shipping. I am not sure what has happened to this company. On more than on occasion, they have said out for delivery with no delivery. This time I got that notice 4 days in a row with nothing. Not there best shipping option.

I've been getting my dog food delivered from Petflow for many years now. Their website makes reordering what you need very simple and easy. They always stand behind the quality of the product if there is a issue during the shipping process.

The process for prescription diet food for pets has improved and seems to be more fluid now. I can order and supply the Veterinarian to be contacted and it now takes less than a day for approval. This makes repeat food orders much more manageable.

Price is good. Shipping speed is good. The problem that has persisted for over a year is that the cans of food that I order are not well packaged and so many cans keep showing up dented. I will not take chances giving my dog food from a severely dented can so it unfortunately gets wasted each time.
