this was the first time i ordered from petflow as they were having a great discount and although i was concerned how the food/service would go, they exceeded my expectations! the package arrived earlier than expected and they even helped us fix an order without any issues. i recommend petflow and im glad we tried them!

I’ve gotta say, in a world where you can’t get a hold of a human being on the phone, it was a breath of fresh air to call in at 6pm at night with a problem with my order and have a real American answer the phone, address me by name, have my account looked up already based on my phone number, and get my issue sorted in minutes. He even waived the shipping fee for my inconvenience! Just wow. Stellar customer service, really pleased :)

I used to be happy with them but for the last 3 months, I have received an email (after my autoship has been shipped) that my order is shipping from a farther facility and will arrive 3-4 days later than usual. Last time, it came a week later and I had to go to the store and buy food because I ran out. That defeats the purpose of ordering online. I understand this happens time to time but it's been 3 months in a row. I will admit they are less expensive than other sites, but it's getting to the point where it's not going to be worth it. I count on my dogs food getting here within a certain time frame and they don't seem to be able to do that on a consistent basis.

My auto-ship order was canceled due to back order issues, What’s the point of having an auto-ship program and have your loyal customers eagerly wait for the products when you can’t honor the shipment as promised?

My package arrived quickly, everything was in stock. PetFlow prices are less than other online pet stores, so it is more economical for me to shop at PetFlow!

I had never heard of PetFlow, but I am very glad that I decided to give them a try. Their prices for Fromn dry dog food were comparible to going to the store in person. I also purchased a few things for my kittens. I accidently ordered Temptation treats for my kittens not realizing the one I ordered had catnip in it. I e-mailed PetFlow and was very pleased with their prompt response. They switched it for a regular Temptation treat. Also, the order came in quickly especially since we had the new years holiday. I am a happy camper!
