Amy was helpful and pleasant to work with. She knew the product and was able to answer all my technical questions, which gave me confidence in placing my order. Amy provided options on shipping costs and delivery to support the requirement. The carrier was quick in providing tracking information.

Was easy to find what I wanted. Delivery was as indicated. Did not expect to have to pay duty as it was indicated they shipped to Canada.

We do in fact deliver to Canada, however any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and are collected by the shipping carrier. Our apologies for the confusion.
