So if I’m rating the online experience it’s a 3 star. Never received an email or phone call that it was shipped. Ordered on the 9th called today the 17th. Dawn found it and called me back. Franklin Tire Barn gets a 5. Whomever was supposed to email me when it shipped gets a 3. Not the end of the world.

Three options were offered for this order: UPS, USPS & LTL Freight. The customer accidentally chose the options for an LTL freight carrier when checking out, when in fact the actualy shipping was only $16. We reached out to rectify the situation immediately.

The tires got here and they are new but 3 year old casing called to talk to them about this and the guy was rude. Will not be buying from them again....UPDATE Amy called after seeing review and she made it right she is gonna stand behind the tires and gave us a credit. WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. THANKS AMY

We appreciate feedback like this, as it helps us ensure we’re providing the best products and service possible. After seeing this review, I reached out to the customer and had a amicable and constructive conversation to address their concerns. Typically, the commercial truck tires we sell are less than a year old. However, in this case, the tires did in fact have a date code from three years ago. While there are no official DOT regulations setting a specific age limit for commercial truck tires, the industry standard generally considers a tire to be nearing the end of its useful life after six years from the date of manufacture. After discussing the customer’s specific use for these tires, I offered a partial refund and assured them that we’re here to assist in the unlikely event any issues arise. We’re committed to standing behind the quality of our products and ensuring our customers are confident in their purchases. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and please know that customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to reach out—we’re always happy to help. Amy S. Manager, Online Sales
