In the last several years items are continually on back order. Have been charged for shipping not included in the original order resulting in extra charges. Items in catalogue not available at this time..have been trying to get an item since last summer with a different story why it is not available and to try at a later date. Pet Edge now charges sales tax also which is something new also. This was always my to go to supply place but order very little until things regroup.

I am very happy with all of the products and prices that pet edge offers. My major negative input would be product availability. Many times I have received only part of my order due to back orders. If something is advertised on sale, I feel that there should be adequate stock. I bought my grooming table several years ago from pet edge. The table is a pet edge brand. I need a replacement part that I can only get from this company. It is on back order until may1st. This definitely is an inconvenience for my grooming business.

Not a happy customer. I bought a bath tub and it will not go together correctly. There are some defective parts. No big deal it happens. I call customer service asking for a replacement and asking them to pick up the defective one. They want pictures. So i send them, email them twice, talk to a person on the phone about wanting a replacement, get emailed two more times... it’s 3 weeks later. I still have the defective tub, no idea when they are picking this one up and sending me another one... i have paid for the tub and i really need it. They are very nice but can’t seem to get their act together and get the problem taken care of.

Service is weak sometimes but not always. Product availability is getting better again.

Petedge is the go to for dog groomers , and the prices are affordable and the quality and selection is great .

I ordered an incorrect size for a product so had to make a return. The customer service agent went out of his way to be helpful. I have now received the correct size and the product is excellent. All the other products ordered were precisely as listed. Very good products, great prices.
