Takes too long to receive order and too long for them to take the order over the phone. Last time I called I had to repeat my order three times and read my credit card on the phone, 5 times!

I have made my first order last week. I never received my package, but it was mailed out by PetEdge. I call the company, and the rep was very accommodating. They have mailed me another set of clippers and will deal with the mailing company.

Bad customer service no return call back from accounting. It’s been 3 weeks when I spoke to someone they didn’t want to transfer me to a manager just completely ignored and spoke over me to call a other number. Still waiting to get re embursed Pet Edge basically stole my money and won’t do nothing about it. The worst I will be buying from Amazon now thanx
