I love PetEdge but since they closed their Massachusetts warehouse, it takes over a week to get my stuff:(

Was sent shears that were bent. Called to have replaced, was told they would ship out a new pair right away. A week and a half passed, no replacement shears delivered. Had to call again to inquire was told they would ship out. Seven days later still no shears even though was sent a ship notification by email. Stopped using Petedge for sometime thought would give a try again. Still experience slow service with no results. Stopped using because of the multiple back orders and the extended delivery times. Quality of service is not there anymore.

I like getting my supplies in 2 days

Honestly I wish I had gone with Amazon. Atleast their return policy is decent. I purchased product and wanted to exchange it and immediately emailed the company but never received a response. Which resulted in me returning product which I wouldn't have used for $30 and I havent received my refund a week later.

I get a brand of shampoo for bathing dogs that is awesome and your company is the only one I can find it at. I buy the Ikaria shampoo, conditioner and sprays. They are the best and people whose dogs I have bathed ask me about the shampoo I use .

Great prices, quick processing, speedy delivery. Usually free shipping over $99, very easy to reach ;)!

Customer service Emily was terrible. I had to ask Twice to repeat to confirm I was ordering the correct item and pricing. She had an attitude I didn’t appreciate. Also I purchase many of your items on Amazon. They are competitive and have free 2 DAY SHIPPING! You’re pricing on dog clothes are retail now so I go to Ross Or Marshals for Better pricing. Y’all need to more competitive with pricing and shipping. I only ordered shampoo,etc because you had a couple of things that I can only get at PetEdge. I’ve been in grooming business 22years and have used your service for years but have been disappointed with cost of shipping , customer service and time items take to get delivered.
