There prices are good for most things but customer service if there is an issue is pretty much nonexistent. I tried calling, emailing , and the chat with no response.

Petedge used to ship orders same day, if they were placed before noon. Now orders aren't shipped for days after ordering. Not acceptable when my business depends on it. My last order with Petedge has been placed and I will find a new supplier. Between the recent downsizing of inventory and now slow shipping, I'm done.
