Representative was very helpful with a new product since he had personal experience with using it himself. Was also very efficient while taking my order as well

Jeff
After receiving a partial order I called to find out where the rest of my order was. The person I talked with told ME to call UPS to find out???! How is that my job? They were very rude and didn't want to help. After another day in which UPS admitted they had damaged my package you were happy to replace it, but I must say the way I was treated in the first place was not good customer service! The original call still resonates with me and it's NOT good! Very unhappy with customer service....after all this is where if you need help you should be able to get it!

Hi Jeff, We apologize and want to ensure you this is not our policy. We have informed our customer service manager to review with agents. However, we do see that a replacement went our on 7/25/19 Priority Mail and was delivered on 7/27/19. Again, we apologize and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are a wide variety of items to choose from and orders a filled and delivered quickly. The only reservation I have is that I frequently have some difficulty with the website. In each ofthe situations staff have been able to assist and complete the order over the phone.
