Absolutely horrible customer service. The customer representative who was trying to help me with my order yelled and me and my banker who was on the three way call trying to resolve issues. I couldn't believe how rude she was, so I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't let me. I'll probably never order through petedge again. Since being bought out, they have gone downhill fast.

Prices are unmatched elsewhere, much the same product and brand selection you’d find at large stores. Shipping is comparable to anyone outside of Amazon Prime.

I am happy with the products I received, but a little disappointed that the shears I ordered are back ordered and I was not notified until I saw the receipt in the box. I was looking forward to having those left-handed shears when they were supposed to arrive to practice before a hand surgery. Now they will not arrive till afterwards.

It took 2 full weeks to receive my order. Website is not user friendly. After trying to place my order online, I finally had to call it in. I ordered Monday at lunchtime and was told my order would ship that day, I received an email Wednesday night saying my order just shipped. Then it took 8 more days to receive. This was not a large bulky item; just a few things that fit in an average size box. The box arrived crushed and torn. Miraculously, the items inside were not damaged.
