I placed my order 10 days ago and haven't recieved a confirmation email, my account on the website has no status for my order (0001083203). I have, however, recieved 2 requests to review my experience, so here it is. I hope you find it helpful.

it took me 3 days to order
We got a really good deal on clippers. My wife is a dog groomer and has used Pet Edge for years now. I had a little trouble placing the order it didn't want to take any street address but that is fixed now. Thank you

I have not received the item I purchased
I have not received the item I purchased Edit: I just received the package I ordered today. If you are going to issue a survey, please do so after a longer period of time passes, so that customers like me won't need to return to edit their responses like this. Thank you for stocking this item, though. I will continue to order in the future from Petedge.
