Horrible service! First of all, I placed the order over the phone. I asked the man who took the order to please send me a receipt to my email, he said he would along with a confirmation, it NEVER happened! Secondly I placed the order on Sunday the order was never placed until Tuesday! I ended up looking at my credit card purchases on their sight to get a receipt and the date that your company actually placed the order! I never had ANY issues with orders when I placed them through your old Massachusetts branch. I have been using this company for years and I am about ready to find someone else. This is not the first time I have had a problem with the California branch. (Too bad you saw fit to close the Mass branch instead of the California branch!) I just left it alone and did not complain the first time. Now I am speaking up. I don't want to hear excuses or anything else. I was really mad when I kept checking my email for the receipt on my order and there was none to be found. You need to TRAIN your representatives and you need to FOLLOW THROUGH on your commitments to your customers. That did not happen here.

I don’t like that I had to spend 99.00 to get free shipping and it took a week to get the products. I did not find products I was looking for. What happened to the Fursions Georgio cologne? Always happens when you find a product everyone likes they discountinue or quit making it! Sorry Pet Edge

Hi Michele, Unfortunately, Georgio was not a popular scent and due to low demand we had to discontinue it. We do still have other scents!

This purchase was for plush dog toys for my clients' dogs for Christmas. I've bought their toys for years. There is always a nice selection of toys and my clients are delighted. I was happy with my purchase and they arrived in record time.
