There was issues with shipping my order that ended up resulting In canceling the delivery with UPS then placing the order again. I spoke with customer service 4 different times to straighten (their) mistake. Customer service was terrible, especially by one particular supervisor. I will gladly pay more for a product from a company with exceptional customer service than to save a few dollars on a product from a company with terrible customer service.
