Great response and delivery! I had a rather large order, that I was worried about making it here. I did reach out to customer service a couple of times, and they were quick to respond and very helpful! My order arrived in no time!

Orders always unavailable or on backorder. They keep pushing the date further and further. The one item I did receive this time appears to be refurbished clippers. The cord is bad. They are my only clippers because the others have yet to come in.
