I ordered a couple of gallons of disinfectant and some smaller items. The 2 bottles were in plastic bags and taped at the top. Unfortunately the air packets to cushion were all in the top of the box and nothing under the bottles. So when I received it, one bottle had started leaking and managed to leak onto the bottom of the box (even out of the plastic bag). It got on the smaller items but not to any permanent detriment. I wrote to the company and sent photos and although I didn't hear back from them, they shipped out another gallon of the disinfectant almost immediately!! You just can't beat a company that takes care of its' customers!

The only place to find disinfectant! As always my go-to for online pet supplies!

Read the last emails between Mike Bernardo and myself. I spent nearly 2500 dollars with your company in the last month. When I had a shipping problem he basically told me to handle it myself. I'll buy my supplies somewhere else from now on.

Ordered from Nathaniel over the phone and received it in no time at all. Heavy Duty Dog bath is excellent. I would recommend shopping at this company to anyone.
