Shipping was VERY slow. I tried to access my account to find the tracking information, just to see if it was even mailed out, and I couldn't find it anywhere on my account. I had to contact customer service via email . They did respond within a day with the tracking info...but failed to tell me how to actually access this information on my account. It was almost as if they didn't want me to be able to tell if my package was shipped at all...

The clippers were what I ordered and were promptly received.

This was my first time ordering from petedge. Considering what’s going on with our country my shipment came in a reasonable amount of time. Emails were sent with tracking numbers and I could keep an eye on my package. I would order again.

Pet Edge customer service is great! I ordered several items on line, all of which qualified for free shipping. When it came to checkout the computer program did not give me free shipping. I called customer service the next day and they immediately refunded the shipping charges. No hassle just great service.
