I ordered a set of wide comb attacments and the case they were in came broken. The top is cracked and one of the tabs is completely broken off

Items say shipped 30 days ago. They have never taken this long before and they also do not do tracking. They should have tracking but they don’t.

Placed my order 10/8 and still have not gotten it. Today is 10/30 I am still waiting. I emailed customer service a week ago and haven’t gotten a response. I have never waited this long for an order from this company in the 15+ years I have been using petedge.
