Always great quality!

I was sent the wrong pair of scissors not what I ordered. Every time I order half of my order is in back order. And the items that are shipped take a very long time to arrive even though they say they are getting shipped the next day

I ordered a velocity dryer. When the product came to me, I was satisfied. The product was efficient, exactly as advertised, light, durable, versatile. I’m giving a 4 star for the customer service experience. The dryer hadn’t shown up for an odd number of days and so I called customer service. The lady I spoke to told me she would need to hang up with me and call the warehouse in another state. She verified my number and told me she would call me back. She didn’t. I called back the next day, and after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes, the lady came back on the line and told me the dryer would be shipped within the next day. The dryer showed up at my doorstep that afternoon. I was happy to get it and knew it must have shipped a few days prior to my first phone call. Although the customer service ladies were extremely friendly, it was clear to me they were given the wrong information to be passed on to me.

I recently placed an order for multiple items. It needed to be split into 2 deliveries due to a backorder on one item. The first package received had a cat toy in it... my cat went CRAZY for it. She loved it so much I contacted customer service on a weeken by leaving a message to ask for 2 more to be shipped with the 2nd package. The response was fast (far less than a day), easy and all taken care of quickly - a bonus is my backorder is arriving sooner than expected. Their customer service is fantastic and prices can't be beat on blades. THANK YOU!
