With a wide range of products I like being able to get most things I need for grooming from one place. The shipping, however, can be a bit of a nightmare. When orders are place it often does not tell you items are back ordered until you have committed to the purchase. I will continue to use petedge as I have for years but I am often reminded that I need to plan much in advance in order to not be without a product because of a very delayed shipment.

Customer service was pleasant

I was not happy with the initially shipment on my order. It was not the packaging (one gallon jugs) that I had ordered. I sent an email about it and I received an immediate response and within two days the order was reshipped in gallon jugs. I am extremely satisfied with the prompt service I received.
