Great products

The product was excellent. My complaint is the person involved service. I order the grooming table as a gift for a rescue organization and charged it on my debit card. With plenty of money in the bank, there was some problem with the card and you cancelled the order. You did not have the courtesy or personal interest to call or email me that there was a problem. This was not a $5.99 toy. Customer service could have and should have alerted me and I would have immediately given you another card. This is not the way to keep customers, and you certainly have not kept me.

Got my stuff fast and everything was easy to order .

After over a year of totally stupid customer service Petedge has seemed to clean up their act. I had totally sworn off ever ordering from them again, but I needed an item that every other supplier was backordered on they claimed to have it, so I gave them another chance. They had to split the shipment and sent what I really needed a couple days later than promised, but considering every other supplier had it on back order for a week or longer, I was impressed. They also seemed to have finally fixed all the crazy glitches in their website that made online ordering in the past almost impossible.
