Decent price if you buy alot, but overall PetEdge is good. The only thing that is bad is the return. I got defective item where I would have to pay shipping to return it back. In order for them to pay for shipping I would have to take photos and example. Let's keep in mind I received defective item from them.

A charge for the order was placed on my accountant and a hold for the order for 98 percent of the cost was placed as well, when I called no one seemed to know what I was talking about,in addition to this the hold charge stayed for over a week. Since the money was taken out right way, as is the case with all credit cards, this is an unnecessary excuse to tie my funds up. It makes me think that the company is not doing well and procuring temporary funding through shady means

It takes much longer to get items shipped from pet edge compared to other on line stores. Im still waiting for MediStyp powder ordered 7-18-20, which wont ship untill 8-12-20. A month? Really? I only order from you if i have no other option. Products are good, but service needs a LOT of improvement .
