I only received half my order

Everything was great. My order came rather quickly and everything was as expected... EXCEPT the ear powder I had ordered. I ordered a 24 gram bottle and received only the 6 gram bottle in a different brand. I emailed pet edge and they quickly responded that they would send me the 24 gram bottle for free and gave me a shipping number and told me I would get another email when it shipped out. Its been over 2 weeks and I have not received the email notification of it shipping to me and also found that petedge had CHARGED me again and my bank told me I had numerous charges from different states. I truly believe that pet edge is the one who stole my card information! How else would they be able to take money from my account without me knowing? Oh yeah, I emailed them again about the ear powder mix up... its been another week without a response.... really unhappy with the way they are treating me now.

I am always having problems with logging in my main account it says wrong password and email the problem with that is my info is saved so it is the correct information .

Delivery only took a couple days. The product is great but i do wish more fences came with removable pins between panels. Wont know for a couple years about durability. I have purchased this type of fence in the past but from different manufacturers and have been very happy with them. My fencing it outside year round in the northeast.
