I like the products. The only thing is that when something is on backorder, there is no communication as to when it is coming other than their expected date which is on the invoice. After that date has come and gone, there is no update.

I paid extra for shipping to have item here by friday. It did not even ship on the date it was suppose to. Shipped 2 days later. My project is now on hold because it did not ship on the correct day and no communication from Pet Edge about a possible delay

Service was good but some items I wanted were out of stock.

I received everything very quickly. All the items were quality - sometimes it is hard to tell from pictures, but I was happy with my order. So were my granddogs.

I ordered an $1100 tub and it's been deducted and put back into my bank 4 times now. My business account is a mess because of it. It was suppose to ship on November 30th, still hasn't. We won't be ordering from Pet Edge in the future, this has been ridiculous!

Very quick receipt of items purchased. Fair pricing but would be great to have other alternative shipping to Canada.

I would imagine that our relationship goes back 25 or more years. Excellent company excellent products and very good customer service. I always recommend them.

I formerly was a huge fan and user of PetEdge. The 'new' PetEdge is above average for sure, and I received my orders Promptly and well packaged! They were also easy to track. I do miss a few things: the really great Master Performance grooming tools - especially the ergonomic deshedding comb; a lack of selection on smaller very good quality grooming combs; PE was one of the few places I could find Pure Pet pet shampoos, my all time favorite. I am very grateful you're here though!
