PetEdge did a great job of taking my order and letting me know when it would arrive. The shears I ordered were the same brand I have used for years, however they didn't cut great. I decided to get them fixed by my sharpener guy instead of returning them.

I wish I could give more than 1 star! I ordered a product over a month ago and I have yet to receive it. Your customer service has not helped at all, in fact they keep changing the ship out date.

It was a pleasure to receive my items quickly. Too bad PetEdge didn't have the face masks that I ordered December 20, 2020 and am still waiting to receive. Need to clarify, my order for face masks was not from PetEdge. If they had been I would have received them a lot faster!

For a first time customer I am disappointed in the service. What was supposed to be a little delay ended up being almost 2 months. The only communication received was when I sent emails asking about my purchase. As a business myself I communicate with my clients, and expect the same in return from other company's. When I finally received the clippers I ordered I am highly disappointed in the quality of them. I ran them for less then 30 minutes and had to turn them off from over heating. I thought of returning them, but opted out due to all of the issues stated above. They will stay in my old clipper drawer for parts.
