I ordered a 3 piece shear set and had problems with one of the shears. I got an immediate response about what could be done to replace the shear. I was told that I would have to return the whole 3 piece set as the shear that was damaged wasn't sold individually, but would be sent a new one. As these are my only shears for work, this wasn't practical. When browsing the website, however, I found that the damaged shear was sold individually. Response time when resolving issues is amazing, but I probably won't order from here again.

I'm a professional dog groomer and had a great experience with petedge. I ordered clippers and a new set of shears. They came fast and in perfect condition. 10/10 recommend and I'll be shopping with them again!

I love your products but every time there is always a back order and and my items get cancelled after I place my orders. Very disappointing to put in the time to make an order just for it to be cancelled and then have to reorder. Why don’t you send out a message to customers when the products are back on stock?
