My only problem is the different withdrawals out of my account. and seperate shipping on everything. It was difficult to keep track of. At the end of the day it works out. But what a pain.

The person answering the telephone promised to change my address and name, so that 3 old names and addresses could be eliminated. Hope it works. I have been trying to get the extra catalogs eliminated for years to no avail.

I was impressed with your associate who helped me pick out the equipment that I bought. She took her time and explained functions of each product. Her professionalism and friendliness is one of the main reasons I bought the products from PetEdge.

At first I was concerned about a missing item but the response time to my email was very quick and the item was just shipped in a separate box and arrived shortly after my email. Love the products I received.
