Your website should have had a notice that the canine life vests were not available as it wasted a lot of my time searching / ordering only to find out when I received the rest of my order they were backordered for months. Very disappointed as I needed them now.

Called to place my order. The customer service rep was great....helped me figure out what bed I wanted when I didn't have the order no and was extremely efficient. My order arrived in two to three days. Great ordering and delivery service.
