I ordered kennel leashes and several clipper blades. In the box were the leads and 1 blade with a notice of back order for the rest. The delivery date for the back ordered items has come and gone with not update from Petedge. As a professional groomer I need equipment in a timely manner and if it can’t be delivered I need to order from someone else.

I got my products and they work. However there wasn't enough air bags in the box so the clip comb was out of the case rattling around. Thankfully not damaged. The clipper is nice and quiet, the on and off button is a little stiff though, but I guess that's just part of the design. Overall it was good, so 4 stars.

Good Afternoon Virginia and thank you! We apologize for the poor packaging and will be sure to alert our warehouse staff to avoid future boxing issues. You are correct, the on off button will loosen up after time but if it doesn't please call us and we will rectify for you!

Took 3 months to get part for tub. Mechanical arm is longer than original so tub can't lower to its parked position so it is 5 to 6 inches to high at this arms length. Also 1 of foot pedals does not work...
Response from PetEdgeJul 19, 2021
Please accept our apologies for the delay on the Master Equipment Replacement Parts Kit. A customer service specialist will reach out to replace the foot pedal and see what else we can help with. Thank you for brining this to our attention.
