Received on time. Can’t wait to try them . Looks well made and the attachments are perfect for my fur babies.

In ordered a dog was tub from them and it is now 3 days late and no one has any answers for me. I have tried reaching out to customer service where I sat on hold for a ridiculous amount of time to get no response. I than emailed them and have yet to hear back. I also reached out to their 3rd party freight company that you get tracking through, and they were no help as well. They couldn't give me any answers even though I was transferred to multiple people. This is my income that has been put on hold for now who knows how long. All in all I would say Pet Edge has very low customer service and I would not recommend them to any of my fellow groomers or pet care professionals. And it might show it is suppose to be here today but it is not they just change the day everyday. 4 days late now. That's a whole week of work I don't get back. The fact they are acting like it is no big deal shows me they don't care and I will 100% not order from here again. Didn't even offer a way to right it.

After I purchased clippers I had signed up for the 5% discount but didn’t actually get it. I contacted customer service and promptly received an email asking for order number. Later that day another customer service person contacted me and stated the discount had bee applied and showed me the new total. I would highly recommend Pet Edge to anyone.

I ordered gallon size shampoos. Two different types. One was broken. The cap was damaged and the bottle leaked. However, the bottle was in a plastic bag and mess was contained. I was unhappy about the broken cap, but my hubby saves everything and able to locate one that fit the bottle. Except for loss of some shampoo, it was bad at all. I didn’t complain because it’s Christmas time and there was a lot going on. All in all it was ok

My order arrived faster than expected which was a pleasant surprise as the order was placed right before the Christmas holiday.

Order arrived earlier than expected. Great Price!

Item was listed as backordered but came very fast, was happy and surprised, thank you. My groomer said these Walh clippers were very good and quiet, they ate.

I own a dog grooming business. PetEdge has the best prices that I could find and only took a few days to get my supplies. When talking directly with PetEdge they were very personable and were able to help me find and order what I needed. Love this company and will continue to buy products I need from them.
