I purchased an item on back order, after 6 weeks of being delayed after the initial back date, it was to far in the past so the purchase would not appear in my accounts history and took me emailing about the Order for me to receive an update on my order

I was impressed with how fast my order came, but... The one kennel I ordered was damaged, it was bent in a couple places.
