I called PetEdge twice today and was so thrilled with the help I received from Grace. The first time I called, I got Grace and she took the time to tell me what part I needed to go with my clippers. Then, since I didn't want to pay for shipping, she told me to take my time and look on line for what I wanted to purchase to get my order up high enough so there would be no shipping. When I placed my order on line, I accidently made a typo for an item. I realized it after I placed the order and quickly called in and luckily got Grace again. She was amazing and deleted the item I typed in the wrong number and put in the item with the correct number so that I will receive the right clipper combs. It is so refreshing to get a customer service representative who is caring and so helpful. Thank you so much! Kathy DeLaquil

Don't like that you have to order a certain amount to get free shipping. I just needed to order one blade and then shipping is so expensive.

Hi there, we understand that shipping isn't free, and we truly wish we could offer free shipping on everything, but as a smaller business we wouldn't be able to sustain if we did.
