Nothing in stock If it’s back ordered don’t bother ordering they have no answers for when it will be in or if. They guess at dates and eventually cancel order while you wait

Order conformation had shipping address listed incorrectly. We followed up to correct the mistake. Upon checking the order status online, it was cancelled for unknown reason. No communication was provided. Several follow up inquiries were sent and finally a phone call; the customer service rep had no idea what was going on because there weren't any notes in our account. Complete confusion. Initial order was placed on December 10th. Only now (February 7) are the items shipped and on the way.

Had to call in my order as there was some ‘internal error’ message I kept getting while trying to order online. But the person who helped me was most efficient and helpful, and I enjoyed just chatting with her. It’s hard to ‘chat’ with people who are in foreign countries, I have to say. Good experience.
